Vinton G. Cerf on Artificial Intelligence

Vinton G. Cerf talked to Prof. Dr. Dr. Alexander Görlach about i.e. the responsibilities of corporations using AI and designing software, about the effects on jobs and education and about his vision of the future of the internet.

Vinton G. Cerf is known as a “Father of the Internet”. He is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. In December 1997, President Bill Clinton presented the U.S. National Medal of Technology to Cerf and his colleague, Robert E. Kahn, for founding and developing the Internet. Cerf has been Vice President of Google since 2005.
